When a booking is cancelled up to 4 day/s (96 hours) of check-in time (14:00 hrs) - deposit refunded including cost of Value Added Items (if selected) (no cancellation fees).
When a booking is cancelled up to 3 day/s (72 hours) of check-in time (14:00 hrs) - no refund of the deposit will be provided.
When a booking is cancelled up to 1 day (24 hours) of check-in time (14:00 hrs) - no refund will be processed.
